In regional coal news, what Pennsylvania's governor lauded as a clean coal power plant in Indiana County may be sued for Clean Water Act violations. The plant, built in 2004, burns waste coal, and is considered a clean coal industry by the state. The Allegheny Front's Amelia Possanza has more on complaints against the plant.
