    The US Environmental Protection Agency says it expects to save tens of thousands of lives and billions of dollars every year in health costs with a new air quality rule. The Allegheny Front's news analyst Ann Murray joins host Jennifer Szweda Jordan to talk about two separate air quality rules that will affect the coal mining industry and many electric utilities that burn coal.
